Jean-Claude Juncker ready to discuss framework agreement with Switzerland

European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker has said he is ready to discuss "clarifications" on the framework agreement with Switzerland. But there will be no renegotiation and these clarifications will have to take place "in the next few days".
