Iran - USA "An internal conflict in Iraq is taking shape"

Alexandre Vautravers, researcher at the University of Geneva's Global Studies Institute, believes that "what is emerging here is really an internal conflict within Iraq. In other words, both the United States and Iran want this conflict to remain confined to the situation in Iraq."
