Investment in solar power set to outstrip fossil fuel extraction

Investment in low-carbon energies is accelerating, with solar set to overtake the amounts spent on oil extraction by 2023, says the International Energy Agency on Thursday, though it also sees a "rebound" in fossil fuel financing.
