Intelligent hiking to discover Alpine lakes

A participatory "marathon" to take biological samples from Alpine lakes above 2,000 meters is what a team of scientists is proposing. The aim is to get to know these lakes better, to understand how they evolve as a function of climate, but also to raise public awareness of these fragile environments.
