Federalism put to the test by the coronavirus

Faced with the re-increase in positive cases of coronavirus, the obligation to wear a mask on public transport is under discussion. In a position paper sent to the Keystone-ATS agency, the Conference of Cantonal Health Directors (CDS) stresses that it intends to consult the cantons on the issue - concerning public transport, but also other areas.
