february 9, let's call the whole thing off!

Should we vote again to overturn the February 9 vote? That's what's being proposed by an initiative entitled "Sortons de l'impasse!", in German RASA "Raus aus der Sackgasse". Is this an essential initiative to break the deadlock, or is it the negation of the will of the people, who agreed on February 9 to limit immigration?
