Failure to trace access to La Poste's electronic patient file

Patients in French-speaking Switzerland can choose between three communities to open their electronic patient record: their canton's record (Cara or Mon Dossier Santé), that of pharmacies (Abilis)-and the latest arrival, that of the Post Office (Post Sanela).
