Europe out of breath?

This weekend, European heads of state and government celebrated the 60th anniversary of the Treaty of Rome, the founding text of the European Union. But the mood is not one of celebration. Brexit, the migration crisis and the rise of populism... The European idea no longer appeals to many. So is this the beginning of the end for the Union? Can it find a second wind? And in this context, where does Switzerland fit in?
