The EU transmits its demands to the Swiss negotiators and does not enter into the matter of the safeguard clause

The Blick has revealed the contents of an EU report containing a number of demands made of Switzerland, notably on the free movement of people. As a result, Brussels will not agree to the safeguard clause Switzerland wants to limit immigration if necessary.
