Does our brain think in masculine terms?

Adam and Eve, that sounds right. What if we said Eve and Adam? would that shock you? Why is masculine still a default? Is inclusive or non-exclusive language a panacea? The debate is passionate, the solutions divisive and leaves no one indifferent. Should it be imposed? Or is it enough to invent new, demasculinized ways of speaking, for a more egalitarian society?
