Covid treatment: where do we stand with nicotine?

On the eve of commemorating the first Covid-related death in Switzerland, the second part of our series on potential treatments for coronavirus looks at nicotine.
Several hospitals around the world have, in fact, observed a low rate of contamination among smokers, and a vast study has been launched, in France, to verify whether nicotine can protect against Covid, the results of which are expected in June 2022.
