Corporate taxation, the Trump threat

Donald Trump, making his return to the White House, has declared that the global minimum threshold for corporate taxation has lapsed in the United States, effectively withdrawing the country from the major agreement signed in 2021 by nearly 140 countries and which had been overseen by the administration of his predecessor Joe Biden.
