Since the start of the pandemic, a sort of "quarantine culture" has been emerging on social networks, which seems to differ from country to country. The Italians sing and dance on balconies, the Swiss respectful of the rules, the French rather unruly and grouchy, the Swedes who havenʹt confined the entire population.
