Cinema: Kipling, the dark side

A new Disney version of "The Jungle Book", by Jon Favreau, is currently hitting theaters. Usually, when we think of Mowgli, we think of the little boy raised by wolves to whom all sorts of adventures happen. We think less of the patriotic ideas present in Kipling's novel, published in 1894.
