Californians under 21 banned from smoking

Young Californians will have to wait until they're 21 to smoke. The legal age for buying and consuming cigarettes has thus been raised from 18 to 21. This regulation, part of a series of new anti-smoking measures. It makes California the second U.S. state, after Hawaii, to impose the age of 21 for smoking.
