Hospitals overwhelmed by bronchiolitis epidemics may be a thing of the past. A new preventive treatment is coming to Switzerland under the name Beyfortus. Intended primarily for newborns and infants under one year of age, it is administered in the form of an injection that prevents 80-90% of the usual complications.
