60 years ago today, John Fitzgerald Kennedy was shot and killed in Dallas

It was 60 years ago to the day: on November 22, 1963, at 12:30 pm, John Fitzgerald Kennedy, the 35th President of the United States, was shot and killed during a motorcade in Dallas, Texas. Accused of the murder, Lee Harvey Oswald was arrested shortly afterwards and in turn killed.
