Young people at lʹAI: avoiding breakage
Légende
In the canton of Fribourg, the Château de Seedorf vocational and social training center welcomes around a hundred young people from all over French-speaking Switzerland. What makes them special? These young people suffer from physical or mental health problems, and are in receipt of IV benefits. The Center offers them adapted training in the fields of tailoring, cooking, housekeeping and horticulture. For two to three years, these young people will learn a trade, but above all they will gradually rebuild their self-confidence, often shattered by the ups and downs of life. How do you project yourself into life when you are 20 and have a disability? How do you deal with the way others look at you when you are a disabled person?
