Training prevention relays before the Youth Olympic Games in Dakar

Impact Spark is a physical and mental health awareness program prepared ahead of the 2026 Youth Olympic Games in Dakar. All week long, a team of Swiss doctors is working hand-in-hand with Senegalese physicians to run workshops in which sporting activity becomes a lever for prevention. The aim is clear: to train young people who are already influential on the networks to become credible ambassadors of health messages to their peers, because this works better than injunctions from adults. The project is in keeping with the spirit of the YOG, which combines competition and education in equal measure.
