Traditional irrigation of the Valais bisses, a sustainable response to global warming

In the face of global warming, traditional irrigation could offer a sustainable solution, particularly in regions with bisses. In Valais, some 40 people, including several scientists, recently observed water management on the Grand Bisse d'Ayent.
