Should French-speaking Switzerland be pleased with Transports 2045?

The French-speaking part of Switzerland will have a share in the Confederation's major rail and road projects over the next two decades. The Transport 2045 report presented plans to allocate it a quarter of the national portfolio, particularly in the Lake Geneva bottleneck.
