Rhône seasons

"Saisons du Rhône" is a research project by the lʹObservatoire paysage du Rhône genevois, which has been run for some years now by HEPIA (Haute école du paysage, d'ingénierie et d'architecture de Genève). But what is the purpose of a landscape observatory for the Rhône, and in particular the Geneva Rhône?
