Orforglipron: a pill more effective than others in reducing blood sugar levels

A clinical trial involving 1,698 patients with type 2 diabetes shows that orforglipron, a new pill closely related to Ozempic, is more effective than oral semaglutide in reducing blood sugar and promoting weight loss, according to a study published in The Lancet.
