A new center at the HUG to better prevent cardiovascular disease in women

Geneva University Hospitals is launching a Cardiovascular Health Hub dedicated to women, to better detect, prevent and manage heart disease that is still too often under-diagnosed in women. The aim of this initiative is to raise awareness of risks that are sometimes overlooked, particularly at key hormonal moments in life such as contraception, pregnancy and menopause, while strengthening screening and prevention of cardiovascular diseases specific to women.
