Middle East: Iran checkmate?

Decapitated on the first day of the US-Israeli offensive and bombarded for more than ten days, the beleaguered Islamic Republic is throwing its last forces into the battle and firing on all cylinders against its Gulf neighbors. More isolated than ever, with its military capabilities limited and its ally Hezbollah also under Israeli fire in Lebanon, has the mullah regime lost the game? And if so, isn't the Hebrew state the big winner of the sequence?
