Meat, eggs and fish sold in Switzerland comply with PFAS standards

The Swiss Confederation and cantons analyzed almost 900 foodstuffs of animal origin for the presence of PFAS. These so-called eternal chemical substances were observed in all foods, but only seven samples showed values above the permitted threshold.
