Lausanne Cathedral: Moses opens the door for us

Why is Lausanne Cathedral home to several representations of Moses, all with horns? Born of a translation error, this artistic tradition was perpetuated from the 13th to the 19th century, from the medieval portal to the "Charlton Heston" Moses. Between sculptures, the belfry and the Palais de Rumine museum, these intriguing figures still challenge our gaze.
