How to ventilate in winter
Légende
Airing when it's freezing outside may seem absurd, but it's often in winter, with windows closed, that indoor air becomes most laden with undesirable substances: volatile organic compounds, fine particles, mold, PFAS, not to mention the odors, viruses and CO2 we exhale. Between building materials, furniture and everyday habits, we also contribute to this indoor pollution, with possible effects on our health, hence the importance of airing regularly even in extreme cold.
