How urban densification is experienced

Densifying cities to avoid building all over the countryside: thatʹs the policy applied in Switzerland since the 2014 revision of the Federal Law on Spatial Planning. Brownfield sites were the first to be densified. But in recent years, villa zones built on the outskirts of cities in the 1970s-2000s have also been affected. How is this urban densification being experienced on the ground?
