Fruit juices: beware of misleading labels!

In Switzerland, the law is strict: a "fruit juice" must contain only fruit. Yet our investigation reveals products labeled as such that incorporate added sugar! What's more, some 100% fruit juices contain up to 14g of sugar per deciliter. As for nectars, they are often diluted and sweetened. So what are we to make of these drinks? Are they really healthy? Can they replace fresh fruit?
